When discussing compliance, a lot of attention and focus is on following rules and regulations; however, integrity and ethics are significant elements of Compliance that must not be forgotten. Keystone understands the importance of assuring employees, Board Members and officers know what is expected of them. Consequently, the Corporate Integrity and Compliance Plan which includes the Code of Conduct, was established as a means to communicate our compliance standards and procedures to prevent and detect violations of law, policy, code of conduct, etc.

We all play an essential PART in Compliance and it is everyone's responsibility to know and follow the rules that govern our business. This endeavor contributes to Keystone's success.

One of the Corporate Compliance Officer's responsibilities is to oversee and monitor the Corporate Integrity and Compliance Program.
